As self defense is so important for our safety as individuals and as a community, I have opened a self defense class for everyone in the neighborhood. In this 45 minute class you can expect to learn basic defensive strikes, blocks, grabs, and Chi Na meaning seize and control against knives, guns, and multiple attackers. We also spend the last 5-10 minutes of class to answer situational questions and discuss the best way to avoid, control, and reverse any attack.

My goal is to educate our neighborhood and community on the best ways to safely getaway, subdue, or incapacitate an attacker efficiently.

Do I have to be in shape? No, this class is a beginners class for all fitness levels.
Do I have to be an experienced martial artist? No, all skill levels are welcome.
What should I bring? Water, comfortable clothes, and an open mind.
How often do I have to go? You can come in anytime, and you do not have to sign up for more classes. Just drop in anytime.
Can I bring someone? Yes, I recommend bringing a friend to partner up with. In fact if you bring a friend the cost is only $15 for both of you.
