As soon as we are done preparing for Can-Am we will have new classes during our 5:45-6:30 time slot. These new classes will begin May 16th.

Kid’s Beginner’s SanDa |MONDAY |5:45-6:30
SanDa is a practical form of Kung Fu comprised of kicking, punching and throwing. In this class we give the kids a chance to practice these skill with partners through games, challenges, and drills. Because this is not a competition preparation class, any contact will be limited and will exclude the head.

NanDu |WEDNESDAY |5:45-6:30(jumping techniques)
NanDu meaning difficult moves, are a collection of flips, somersaults and aerial kicks. This class is appropriate for students of all ages and skill levels.

Beginner’s ChiNa(grappling & Self Defense) |FRIDAY |5:45-6:30
Learn to defend yourself with joint locks, pressure points and small circle throws. This class is for students of all levels, experience, age and fitness levels as this class has little to no exercise. The soul purpose of his class is to learn how to defend yourself when confronted. FREE FOR ALL PARENTS AND SIBLINGS OF STUDENTS
